• commercial use (e.g. sale, merchandise, tattoo templates for customers)

• sharing or selling to third parties

• publication (including social media, if monetized)

• reproduction or editing for further exploitation

(3) The designs may be used exclusively for private purposes (e.g. as a tattoo for oneself).

(4) All copyrights remain fully with the provider.

 

4. Liability
(1) Liability only in cases of intent and gross negligence
(2) No liability for:

• tattoo results

• health consequences

• artistic satisfaction

5. Availability

No guarantee is given for the permanent availability of the website.

 

6. Misuse
The provider may block users in the event of misuse.
